Product information:
All photographs are original. I use a traditional 35 mm SLR and a digital SLR, depending on the subject. After developing film I scan the slides or negetives into a digital format. All “darkroom” finishing is done in Photoshop.

All prints are numbered and signed on the back, excluding notecards. I offer limited editions of 100, 250, or 500. Note cards are not included as part of the editions.

All mats and mounting materials are acid-free. Photos are signed and numbered on back and on front corner of mat.

Photos may be special ordered as a “Giclee” on art velvet paper (a thick, 100 % cotton, acid free stock that is similar in appearance and feel to a watercolor paper) or on stretched canvas. Contact me for more information and prices.

Pricing:
prices appear on each image page. Special orders avalible and prints without mats. I'm in the process of redoing the ordering system, but please use the contact page if you are intesteded in a special order.

Turnaround Time:
Generally, it takes about 6-10 days to print and mat an image, if I don't have that size pre-printed, and 5-7 days shipping time (not guaranteed , but tracking number will be provided.) Prints that are framed require an additional week or two. Please let me know if you have a particular “drop-dead-date”, such as a surprise gift that simply MUST arrive in time for the event and I will try to meet your date.

If I'm away from the office, waiting times may vary. I do check email while out of town, so please contact me to check.

Tax:
Orders shipped within AZ will be charged sales tax.

Shipping:
Orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground with insurance and tracking.

Up to $99 – 20 % of total amount of purchase

$100 - $199 - 15 % of total amount of purchase

$200- $499 – 10 % of total amount of purchase

over $500.00 - 5 % of total amount of purchase

International Shipping:
Items will be shipped First Class or Parcal Post. There is no tracking garenteed tracking outside of the US, unless shipped UPS. If you want tracked or expited shipping please contact me through my contact page or a convo though my etsy shop, and I will send you an invoice for the highter shipping price.

Rates for international shipping are slightly higher then US and will be visable in your shopping cart before paying.

Payment:
I accept credit cards and e-checks online via the guaranteed secure Paypal system. I do not accept credit cards over the phone or by mail.

The photographer retains all rights to the images, including but not limited to publishing rights and the right to produce and sell additional prints.

Refunds by approval only .
If an image or frame is damaged in shipping, it will be replaced if damaged materials are returned/documented. Refunds for other reasons must be approved. I do want yo to be happy with your purchase. Please contact me if you have any problems or concerns.

Wholesale:
Cards and prints up to 8 x 12” are available for wholesale orders. Orders are based on quantity. Purchaser must provide a copy of tax-exempt certificate if shipped in state of AZ, or you will be charged sales tax. Please contact me for more information.
